Launch your own video meeting platform
Meetora is a complete, white-label product: a web app, an admin panel, a REST API and native iPhone and Android apps — all in English, Spanish, French and German.
Meet face to face, from anywhere
Start an instant meeting in one tap, or schedule ahead and share a link. Guests can join straight from the browser with a 9-digit code or invite link — no downloads, and (if you allow it) no account.

Crystal-clear rooms on every screen
Real-time HD video on LiveKit's WebRTC infrastructure, with an adaptive grid, screen sharing, live chat, participant list and automatic reconnection. The same room works on web, iPhone and Android.

Native apps, always in your pocket
- iPhone — SwiftUI, iOS 17+, Picture-in-Picture, push notifications, Sign in with Apple, deep links.
- Android — Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Material 3, Google sign-in, app links.
- Same design language and the same features as the web app.

Organized, and fluent in four languages
Scheduling, meeting history, calendar invites and a profile area. Every screen of the web app, admin panel, iOS app and Android app ships in English, Spanish, French and German.

A powerful admin panel
Live dashboards, user management (search, disable, roles, delete), meeting insights with peak and total participants, and push-notification broadcasts to everyone or selected users.

Secure, open and yours to brand
Hashed passwords, revocable sessions, rate limiting, CSRF protection, strict input validation and LiveKit webhooks that keep attendance exact. Change the name, colors and logos, and deploy on your own servers — your data stays yours.

Requirements
Node.js and pnpm, PostgreSQL, a LiveKit server (LiveKit Cloud or self-hosted), Xcode (iOS) and Android Studio (Android) to build the apps. Push notifications need an Apple Developer account for APNs. Third-party service accounts (LiveKit, Apple, Google, SMTP) are not included.
Notes
- Screens shown use demo data. Fonts (Fraunces, Inter) are open source under the SIL Open Font License; see
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
- Push notifications are implemented for iOS; Android shows the notification permission flow and is ready for an FCM integration.
