Replying to a review

One public reply per review, with automatic translation into the 8 languages.

Replying

  1. 1Go to Reviews in your panel: you'll see each review with its template, the stars, the @author and their verified-purchase badge, plus the «Replied» and «Awaiting reply» counters and filters by template and rating.
  2. 2Press Reply on the review, write your public reply (5 to 1000 characters) and press Publish reply.
  3. 3Your reply appears under the review on the public listing, it's moderated and translated into the 8 languages like any review, and the author receives the notification «The builder replied to your review».

You can only reply once per review and the reply can't be edited afterwards — proofread it before publishing. Always reply with class: your reply is read by all your future buyers.
