Deactivating, deleting or retiring a template

Three different actions with different consequences — only one is reversible.

Deactivate (reversible) — hides it from the marketplace and it stops selling. To come back, the Activate button sends it to review again (24–72 hours) and it reappears once approved.
Delete (irreversible) — only if the template has no sales: the template, its images and its file are deleted, permanently.
Retire (irreversible) — if it already has sales it isn't deleted, it's retired: everyone who bought it keeps their download forever, but it stops selling and disappears from your panel. It can't be reactivated.

While a template is «Under review» or «Publishing…» these buttons are disabled: wait for the cycle to finish.
