If you get rejected: how to fix and resubmit
The reason stays in My templates; you fix it, save, and it's resubmitted for review automatically.
Fixing and resubmitting
- 1In My templates, the template shows the red Rejected chip; press Rejection reason to read what the team flagged.
- 2Press Fix and resubmit: the editor opens with everything preloaded.
- 3Fix what was flagged and save: resubmission for review is automatic — there's nothing else to request.
If the chip says Rejected · closed, the rejection is final: the template is sealed in your history and can no longer be edited or resubmitted. If what was rejected were changes to an already published template, don't worry: the published version stays online exactly as it was; fix it and edit it again.
