Privacy Notice

1. What data do we collect

To operate your account, we store: email, name, and public username, and — if you connect a wallet — its public address on Polygon. A record of each purchase is kept (template, amount, escrow status).

2. How we use it

To give you access to your account and downloads, process payments with escrow, send you verification codes and service notices, and — if the admin activates it — platform communications. We do not sell your data.

3. Cookies

We use technical cookies: session (to keep you logged in), light/dark theme, language, and interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Who it is shared with

Providers that make the service work: infrastructure and database (Vercel, Neon), email sending (Mailjet), and the Polygon network for payments (on-chain transactions are public by nature). Each provider processes only what is necessary for their function.

5. Blockchain

Wallet addresses and escrow transactions exist on a public network. This information is immutable and visible to anyone; your email and identity are NOT published on-chain.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account by writing to us; order records may be retained for the time required by legal obligations or dispute resolution.

7. Security

Sessions with httpOnly cookies, one-time codes with expiration, encrypted secrets, and restricted access to the database.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice in a significant way, we will communicate it on the platform. The date of the last update appears above.
