Slotly is a complete appointment-booking system for salons, clinics, studios and consultants. Install it on your own server, brand it as yours and start taking bookings from your website in minutes. No per-user monthly fees and no third-party SaaS in the middle.
One app, four roles
Administrator, manager, staff and customer, each with their own view and permissions.
Booking widget
Service → extras → time → repeat → details → payment → confirmation. Embeddable and themable, with add-to-calendar and .ics files. Six booking-form looks are included (salon, clinic, fitness, studio, grid, team) plus a form editor to adjust them.
Availability engine
Schedules, breaks, special days, padding, group and compound services, waiting list and time zones.
Admin panel
Dashboard, analytics, calendar (day/week/month/list), appointments, customers, services, staff, locations, holidays, custom fields, taxes and groups.
Payments
Pay on site, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Mollie and Authorize.Net. Deposits, coupons, gift cards, tips, taxes, refunds and PDF invoices.
Messaging and integrations
Email and SMS reminders and follow-ups with editable templates. Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Jitsi, Mailchimp and iCal. Third-party names only indicate compatibility; Slotly is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Extras, light and dark
Packages, recurring appointments, ticketed events, ratings, audit log, CSV import/export, REST API and webhooks. Light and dark mode, fully responsive.
Stack and installation
Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth and Tailwind CSS 4. Docker included. Copy .env.example to .env, set DATABASE_URL, AUTH_SECRET, CRON_SECRET and ENCRYPTION_KEY (and POSTGRES_PASSWORD for Docker Compose), and follow docs/INSTALL.md. Requires Node.js and PostgreSQL (or Docker).
License
Commercial license for one production installation per business (plus staging and development copies). It may not be resold or redistributed. See LICENSE.txt.
