1. The Service

Bernuvia is a marketplace for code project templates (apps vibe-coded). Builders publish templates and buyers obtain their download by paying in USDC on the Polygon network.

2. Escrow Payments

Each purchase is deposited in an on-chain escrow contract. The money does NOT go directly to the seller: it is held and released automatically upon expiration of the protection period, or earlier if the buyer confirms it. If there is an open dispute, the release is suspended until it is resolved.

3. Disputes and Refunds

Within the protection window, the buyer can open a dispute from their panel. A dispute resolved in favor of the buyer returns the full payment to their wallet; resolved in favor of the seller, the payment is released. Refunded purchases lose access to the download.

4. Template License

By purchasing a template, you obtain a license to use, modify, and deploy the code in your own projects. Reselling or redistributing the template as such is not allowed.

5. Accounts

The account is created with Google, GitHub, or email (verification code). The username is public and unique. You are responsible for access to your email and the activity of your account.

6. Wallets and Cryptocurrencies

Payments use USDC on Polygon with a wallet associated with your email. Operating with cryptocurrencies involves risks (network volatility, fees, irreversibility of transactions outside of escrow). Bernuvia does not provide financial advice.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions

By operating, you declare that you are not a resident nor are you in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency operations are restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to know the regulations that apply to you.

8. Builders' Content

Each builder is responsible for ensuring that their template is their own work or that they have the rights to sell it, and that the description reflects its actual state. Bernuvia may remove templates that violate these conditions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be communicated on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
