Delete your account
Irreversible and protected by safety locks: withdraw your money first, because the wallet is lost with the account.
Before you do it, read this
- It is irreversible: no one can recover the account afterwards.
- You lose access to your wallet and won't be able to withdraw your funds — withdraw them first.
- Your email is blocked forever: it can't be registered again, neither by email nor via Google/GitHub.
- Your purchases and history are erased. Your published templates aren't destroyed: they're deactivated and sealed, so those who already bought them keep their download.
Deleting it
- 1In your profile, scroll down to the last card: Delete my account.
- 2Click the button, read the warnings and click Send code: a 6-digit code arrives at your email (it's a deletion-only code; no login code will work).
- 3Enter it and click Delete my account. Your session is destroyed on the spot.
You can't delete the account with money in flight: if you have orders in escrow or in dispute (as a buyer or a seller), they must be resolved or released first.
