Withdrawing money from your wallet

Send your USDC to any Polygon address — for example your exchange — with email confirmation and no fee.

Withdrawing, step by step

  1. 1In My wallet, on the Withdraw USDC card, press Withdraw.
  2. 2Type the destination address (0x…, Polygon network — for example your USDC-Polygon deposit address at your exchange) and the amount (the Max button fills in your full balance).
  3. 3Check the summary: «You will receive X USDC» and Network cost (gas): $0.00 — Bernuvia pays the gas.
  4. 4Press Withdraw: for security we send a 6-digit code to your email. Type it in and press Confirm withdrawal.
  5. 5You'll see «Withdrawal sent: X USDC». The movement is recorded in Transactions → Withdrawals, with its hash and the View on Polygonscan link.

Rules and warnings

  • Bernuvia doesn't charge for withdrawing and gas is free for you.
  • Only USDC and only to Polygon network addresses; there's no withdrawal to a bank account or a card.
  • The minimum withdrawal is 0.01 USDC.
  • The confirmation code always goes to your account's email — no one can redirect it.
  • If you're a seller and part of your balance is earnings freshly released from escrow, the withdrawal releases them automatically first («Releasing your earnings…») and then transfers: for you it's a single button.

Double-check the destination address: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If you withdraw to an exchange, make sure it accepts USDC over the Polygon network.
