What each order status means
From «Awaiting payment» to «Released»: your purchase's life cycle inside escrow.
The statuses, in order
- Created — the order was just born; there's no payment yet.
- Awaiting payment — a quote is waiting for your payment; it expires after 15 minutes.
- Paid (in escrow) — the payment was confirmed on Polygon and the USDC is held in the escrow contract. The seller doesn't have it yet.
- Delivered — the seller marked the delivery; it stays in escrow until release.
- Released ✓ — the window expired (or you confirmed earlier) and the money went to the seller. Final status.
- Refunded — the money went back to your wallet; that template can no longer be downloaded or bought again. Final status.
- In dispute — you opened a dispute and the release is frozen while the team reviews.
- Resolved ✓ — the dispute ended, with a refund, a split or a release. Final status.
In My purchases the label is simpler — Purchased, In dispute or Refund — and, while your window is still open, a countdown tells you how much time is left to file a dispute.
