Downloading a purchased template

1. 1Go to My purchases: it's your library, with «lifetime downloads».
2. 2On the purchase card press the black Download button. The file comes down exactly as the seller uploaded it (usually a .zip).
3. 3If a purchase shows a gray «No file» button, the seller hasn't uploaded that version's deliverable yet; write to them through their Support channel (visible on the same card) or open a dispute if they still don't respond within your window.

To protect sellers' files there's a per-day download limit. If you hit it, you'll see a notice telling you when you can download again — your access isn't lost, it just waits until the next day.
