Publish and sell

To publish you need two things: an active seller account and a package the buyer can use without writing to you. The wizard asks for the rest.

• A .zip with the complete project, up to 100 MB, holding everything you promise on the listing.
• At least 3 images (up to 20). The first one is the cover, so pick it with the catalogue in mind.
• A literal list of what is included: a dispute is judged against this text, so list deliverables, not intentions.
• A support channel (an email or a link) and, if you have one, a demo published over https.
• The licence: standard (unlimited sales) or exclusive (a single sale, and the template leaves the catalogue once sold). You choose at publish time and it cannot be changed later.

The wizard on Sell has 8 steps. You can save and leave at any point: your draft comes back when you return (only the .zip has to be picked again). Write everything in your own language, the listing is translated into the rest.

1. 1Once submitted, your template sits In review: a person on the team looks at it, not an AI, usually within 24 to 72 hours.
2. 2If approved it moves to Publishing, because the listing is translated into all eight languages before it goes out; publication waits for every one of them.
3. 3When the translations finish it becomes Active in the catalogue, with its own address in each language, and you get an email and a bell notice.
4. 4If it is rejected, the reason is right there in your templates: you fix it, save, and it goes back to review automatically.

This is the path of a template, from your draft to the released payment.

You do not hand over the delivery: the platform serves it as soon as the payment is confirmed, even though the money stays in escrow. You send nothing by email and share no links.

• The buyer downloads the same .zip you uploaded, as many times as needed.
• Downloading does not bring your payout forward, nor does it take away their dispute: they keep the whole 24 hours window, and if a dispute ends in a full refund their download is blocked.
• An approved edit replaces the published listing without ever unpublishing it.
• Your support channel is where questions get answered. Replying fast is a good way to avoid a dispute.

• You set the regular price in USDC and, if you want, a lower sale price: the catalogue shows both, with the regular one struck through.
• You can create your own discount codes on your templates, with their percentage and their validity.
• The Bernuvia fee is 3.8% of the sale price today, and it is frozen on each order when it is created: a change in the rate does not touch your past sales.
• The fee is computed only on what you keep: if a dispute returns part of the amount, you pay the fee on your share, not on the total.

Your listing is published in all eight languages with its cover, its gallery, your description and your list of deliverables. Next to it, the buyer sees the signals you do not write.

• The price in USDC and, if there is a sale, the regular price struck through.
• Reviews from people who already bought, with your public reply if you write one.
• Your seller profile, with your templates and your track record.
• The notice that the payment stays protected in escrow until the purchase completes.
