Overview

Bernuvia is a marketplace of code templates and finished applications. You buy a template package, download it and use it in your project. You are not renting a service: you keep the code.

• Templates and apps ready to run, each with its listing, gallery and reviews.
• A single payment in USDC on the Polygon network, with no fee for keeping what you bought.
• A seller with a name. Every template has an author, with a public profile and a sales history.
• A download, not an access that expires.

Bernuvia has three pieces, and it pays to tell them apart early, because each one does something different with your money.

• The marketplace. The website: catalogue, listings, your dashboard, reviews and support. It is what you see.
• The escrow on Polygon. A public contract that holds the payment while the purchase is in flight. It is governed by a two of three multisig, with the addresses published on Security.
• Your wallet. The address you pay from and get paid to. The balance is yours and only moves with your signature.

An ordinary purchase is short. These are the steps, with none skipped:

1. 1You pick a template and ask to pay. Bernuvia prepares a quote with the price in USDC, valid for 15 minutes.
2. 2You sign the payment from your wallet. The USDC does not go to the seller: it is held by the escrow contract.
3. 3You get the download. The package is yours from that moment; there is nothing to wait for.
4. 4The seller sees the sale in their dashboard, but cannot spend that money yet.
5. 5Once the release deadline passes (24 hours), the payment leaves escrow for the seller, minus the 3.8% fee.

Half the confusion goes away by saying what we do not do:

• We do not hold your money. Not the buyer's, not the seller's. The payment lives in a public contract, not in an account of ours.
• We are not a bank or an exchange, and we give no financial advice.
• We cannot sign for you. Deposits, withdrawals and membership authorisations are signed by you.
• We do not resell your data, and we never ask for a wallet recovery phrase.

Depending on what you came to do, the short path is different:

The whole platform is in eight languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Indonesian.

• Spanish carries no prefix: /documentacion/panorama.
• Every other language carries its own prefix and a translated path: /en/docs/overview, /de/dokumentation/ueberblick.
• Each page declares its canonical address and its alternates, so a shared link opens in the language it promises.

You can switch language from the header selector; the choice is remembered in your account and in the browser.
